Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and MJ Rush when you play the game. Please read them — by playing, you accept them.

1. Who we are
MJ Rush ("we", "us", "the game") is a casual Hong Kong Mahjong game for iOS, Android, and the web, available through the app stores and at mjrush.app. These terms apply to the app and the website. Questions? Email [email protected].
2. Accepting these terms
By downloading, accessing, or playing MJ Rush, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you use the game through an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), that store's own terms also apply to your download and any purchases.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to play. If you are a minor, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
4. Your account
To play, the game creates an account for you with an anonymous user ID, which you may later link to a sign-in provider. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Fair play and conduct
While using MJ Rush, you agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, automation, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage;
- collude with other players to manipulate match outcomes or rankings;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or choose an offensive display name or avatar;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt our servers or other players' games;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the game's source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- access the game through any means other than our official app and website.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and may reset ranks, coins, or statistics that were gained unfairly.
6. Virtual coins and items
MJ Rush includes virtual coins, avatars, ranks, and other in-game items. These are part of the game only.
- No real-world value. Coins and in-game items have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for real money or anything of value outside the game.
- Not gambling. MJ Rush is for entertainment. You cannot wager real money, and you cannot win real money or real-world prizes. Winning or losing coins in a match has no effect on your finances.
- A limited licence. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use virtual items within the game. We may change, manage, or remove virtual items, and may adjust balances to correct errors or abuse.
7. Purchases
The game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the relevant app store, and their payment, refund, and cancellation policies apply. Because virtual items are delivered to your account immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store's policy. We do not store your payment card details.
8. The game is provided "as is"
We work to keep MJ Rush running smoothly, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Multiplayer features depend on your internet connection and on our servers being online. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game — including matches, features, or virtual items — at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts play.
9. Intellectual property
The game, its name, logo, artwork, tile designs, mascot, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play MJ Rush for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the game except as these terms or the law allow.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost virtual items, progress, or data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, and we do not exclude liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the game in a way that harms other players or our service. When an account is deleted or terminated, associated virtual items and progress are lost and cannot be restored.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States, without regard to their conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
